K.R. Bachman General I saw this caboose in Portsmouth VA on 01-25-11. It was heading east, south of the Naval Shipyard. It appeared to be in rough shape...probably heading to a scrap yard to be cut up. Caboose was actually leading the train ...a conductor on front with an air whistle for the upcoming crossings. 1/26/2011 11:03:57 PM
